Outcivic is an independent verification directory. We audit factory identity, production capability and export documentation only. We do not guarantee production, quality, delivery or contract performance of any factory listed.
All purchase contracts are signed directly between buyer and factory. Outcivic acts as an introducer and coordinator, never as a party to the transaction, and assumes no liability for losses arising from trades.
